HP EliteBook 1040 G4

Originally released by HP on 9/23/2017, the HP EliteBook 1040 G4 is a part of the EliteBook line of available Laptops. It's possible there could be more we haven't found, but we know of 3 configurations of this model. Those configurations are 1040 G4, EliteBook 1040 G4, along with the EliteBook 1040 G4 Notebook PC. There's a rather restricted choice of colour, with just the Silver colour colour purchaseable with a HP EliteBook 1040 G4.

There are 4 cores, at a base level of 2.50 GHz, 2.8 ghz, 2.70 gigahertz, 2.9 GHz, 2.5 Gigahertz, of processing power inside the HP EliteBook 1040 G4 through it's use of the i5-7200U, i7-7600U, i7-7500U, and the other one is the i7-7820HQ processors, and can use a frequency which can be boosted of 3.9GHz ready for you, and a cache of 8 MB, with this model of processor also known as a Kaby Lake.

There's a total of 16gb of On-board DDR4-SDRAM, DDR3L-SDRAM memory that's configurable, at a memory clock speed of 2133 MHz, 2400 MHz, 1600 MHz.

There is only the single screen available with that being a backlit Full high-definition, 4K Ultra high definition 14" screen, leveraging a IPS panel.1920 x 1080 pixels, 3840x2160 pixels is the only display resolution that is available. We've found at least one touch screen model that's available.

The HP EliteBook 1040 G4 only has the onboard graphics as it does not have a discrete graphics card. There's a Intel HD Graphics 620, Intel HD Graphics 630 integrated gpu, with 300 MHz, 350 MHz of base frequency, and 1000 MHz, 1150 MHz, 1050 MHz, 1100 MHz of max frequency. 32 GB, 64 GB of maximum memory is available to the onboard graphics.

The HP EliteBook 1040 G4 allows for a total 1000GB of storage that you're able to configure for the model, by using SSD hardrive(s).

The wifi leverages a top standard of IEEE 802.11ac. This Laptop does have a version with a bluetooth connection. Because there is an ethernet lan port installed, you can plug directly in.

Inside the HP EliteBook 1040 G4, you get a 6 67 Wh Lithium-Ion (commonly known as Li-Ion) battery.
