Originally released for sale from Lenovo on 11/27/2008, the Lenovo ThinkPad X280 is with in the ThinkPad family of Laptops. We have identified only one variant for this model, with it being the X280. There's a rather limited choice of colour, with only the Black colour on sale with the Lenovo ThinkPad X280.

Multiple options of processor are on offer inside the Lenovo ThinkPad X280, with those processors being the i5-8250U, i3-8145U, i5-7200U, i5-8350U, i5-7300U, i7-8550U, i7-8650U, along with i3-8130U.
